Our Mission
At the Gambian Association Hohelohekreis (GAH) eV, we are committed to enhancing the lives of our members by initiating impactful projects that drive the success of our association while contributing to national development.
As a united community of Gambian youth in Germany, we focus on three key pillars:
1. Dignified Repatriation – Providing compassionate support for the repatriation of deceased loved ones to The Gambia.
2. Integration & Empowerment – Assisting members in fully integrating into German society through cultural, educational, and professional guidance.
3. Solidarity in Need – Offering aid and resources to members facing challenges, ensuring no one is left behind.
Through collaboration and shared purpose, GAH strives to uplift individuals, strengthen our diaspora community, and foster meaningful contributions to both Germany and The Gambia.
Can you help with the donation of gloves?
As part of the upcoming projects of GAH, we are aiming to provide surgical gloves to various major hospitals in the Gambia. The lack of surgical gloves particularly in maternity wards in hospitals has been a major challenge putting both the health of the patients and health care worker at risk. We are looking forward your support in combating this significant problem in the Gambia
